A successful leader is one who can form a successful work team, based on (mutual trust, harmony, commitment to the tasks entrusted to him, the ability to bear responsibility, and clarity of purpose). The leader works within the team, to be a beacon to be followed within the team, and to instill in them the spirit of love and cooperation. Integration and positive interaction, enhances the positive aspects of each one of them, suppresses the negatives before they appear, instills in them the spirit of initiative, and encourages them to compete honestly, which leads them to excellence and creativity.
