The AL AROUS Phases 2 & 1 project forms a key part of Roshn’s first major residential development in Jeddah, supporting the delivery of more than 18,000 housing units. The works were executed under high groundwater levels and difficult soil conditions, requiring advanced geotechnical solutions and continuous monitoring. Jeddah Foundation successfully delivered diaphragm walls, secant piles, and deep well dewatering systems, ensuring safe excavation, project continuity, and high-quality execution in line with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
